Careers at CNXT — Build the everything network

Build the connective tissue of commerce, cloud, media, and money — the disciplines, the culture, and how to reach the desk.

Why CNXT

CNXT is not a single product — it is one identity layer binding a marketplace, a cloud, a media network, a payments rail, a data registry, and an agent economy. The work is unusually broad and unusually deep at the same time: the same week can span a settlement invariant, a resolver edge case, and the typography of a product page.

You will ship to production on systems that keep themselves honest by construction: the wallet that can only be credited by a real payment, the ledger that hash-links every event, the resolver that anchors every entity to exactly one canonical GTIN-14 identity.

How we work

  • Small teams with end-to-end ownership of a suite or surface — the person who designs the invariant ships the invariant.
  • Written-first culture: decisions are documented where the code lives, not lost in chat.
  • Honest failure over silent fallback — a system that cannot answer says so, in the product, on purpose.
  • Bias to shipping behind measurement, then hardening with intent.
  • Remote-friendly across time zones, anchored by deep-work blocks.

The disciplines

  • Settlement & ledger infrastructure — the CNXTPaY rail, the verifiable event chain, the treasury desks.
  • Identity & resolution — the GTIN registry, the universal resolver, the addressing grammar itself.
  • Data engineering — CNXTDATA ingestion adapters, registry search, the vector index.
  • Agent systems — mandates, policy decision points, agentic commerce, the A2UI fabric.
  • Frontend platform & design engineering — the network's face is part of its integrity.
  • Trust, safety, and compliance engineering.

What we look for

People who treat correctness as a form of respect for the user. Who would rather surface an honest zero than a plausible number. Who can hold a whole system in their head and still care about one pixel, one column, one check digit.

Prior experience with marketplaces, payments, or distributed systems helps. The non-negotiable is lower-level than any stack: you do not fabricate, you do not paper over, you write things down.

How to apply

Roles are posted to this surface as they open. When one fits, reach the desk through Your Account — include the address of something on the network you think should work differently, and how you would change it. That one artifact tells us more than any résumé format.
