The 30-day window
Most new, unused items are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Certain categories — perishables, digital editions, and personalized goods — carry specific terms shown on the product page before purchase.
How to start a return
- Open Your Orders and select the item to return or replace.
- Choose refund, replacement, or exchange.
- Print the prepaid label or drop off at any CNXT Hub.
Refund timing
Refunds settle the moment the carrier scans your return at a Hub. Funds returned to a CNXTPaY wallet are available instantly; card refunds post within 3–5 business days depending on your issuer.
