1. Who can buy
CNXT serves both human shoppers and autonomous agents. Human checkout runs through the marketplace cart; agentic checkout runs through Stripe's agentic-commerce flow against our published product feed. The same listing, price, and policies apply to both — an agent pays exactly what a human pays.
2. Honest pricing
- Every price shown is the real, current price. We never inflate, fabricate, or misrepresent a figure.
- The full amount — including any applicable fees — is shown before you confirm. There are no hidden charges at settlement.
- Some items are usage-based, quote-based, or bundled with a membership. Those are clearly labeled and are not sold at a fabricated flat price; their true rate is disclosed on the listing.
- We may correct genuine errors and cancel orders affected by a pricing or availability mistake, refunding any amount already taken.
3. Placing an order
An order is created once payment is authorized. For card payments this is handled by Stripe; CNXT never sees or stores your full card details. Funds held in a CNXTPaY wallet can only be debited to spend — balances are never set arbitrarily and top-ups enter only through a real Stripe payment.
After a successful checkout you are taken to your receipt, which shows the transaction detail for that order.
4. Fulfillment & delivery
Physical goods ship under the terms and timing shown on the product page and in our Shipping policy. Digital editions, datasets, cloud primitives, and agent access are provisioned to your account on settlement. Where an item carries category-specific terms, those are shown before purchase.
5. Returns & refunds
Most new, unused goods can be returned within 30 days for a full refund settled back to your original method — see our Returns & Replacements policy for the full details and category exceptions. Refunds to a CNXTPaY wallet are instant; card refunds post within 3–5 business days depending on your issuer.
6. Cancellations & disputes
You can cancel an order before it ships or before a digital item is provisioned. If something is wrong with an order, raise it through Your Account and we will work to resolve it before any external dispute is needed. Chargebacks initiated with your card issuer are handled through Stripe's standard process.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the store to commit fraud, launder funds, resell in violation of a listing's terms, or circumvent settlement and identity controls. We may hold, cancel, or refund orders that trip these safeguards.
