Conditions of Use — CNXT legal notices

The Conditions of Use governing access to and use of the CNXT network and all connected suites — marketplace, cloud, media, payments, and data.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any CNXT surface — the marketplace, CNXTCLOUD, CNXTVIDeO, CNXTPaY, CNXTMeMBeRx, CNXTDATA, or any other suite — you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, you may not use the network.

2. The network

CNXT is one network of integrated services operated by $://THeCeNTRaLDesK. Individual suites may carry additional terms; where they conflict, the suite-specific terms control for that suite only.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for keeping them secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that harms the network or other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the network: no unlawful activity, no interference with settlement or identity systems, no scraping or reverse-engineering of the resolver, and no attempts to circumvent security or access controls.

5. Orders, pricing, and settlement

All prices are shown before you pay. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by pricing or availability mistakes. Settlement is final once funds clear, subject to the refund rights described in our Returns policy.

6. Intellectual property

The CNXT name, the addressing syntax (#:// $:// @://), the resolver, and all network software are the property of $://THeCeNTRaLDesK. Nothing here grants you a license to use them except as necessary to use the network.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The network is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, $://THeCeNTRaLDesK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CNXT.

8. Governing law

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which $://THeCeNTRaLDesK is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Names, editions, and third parties

A CNXT label, edition, catalogue entry, or registry-derived page names a public identifier or a public record. It does not establish affiliation, ownership, participation, sponsorship, or endorsement by any similarly named third party, and no such page speaks for that party. Third-party services reached from the network — including OpenAI, when you use a CNXT connector inside ChatGPT, and Stripe, when you pay — are governed by their own terms.

10. Connectors and machine clients

CNXT exposes parts of the network to machine clients — the THeoPeNAiDesK CNXTioNPaRTNeR connector for ChatGPT, the MCP and API surfaces, and the browser extension. Using the network through any of them is using the network: these Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service apply in full, together with the connector's own sections of those documents.

  • Do not submit secrets, credentials, access or refresh tokens, payment-card or bank data, government identifiers, private agreements, or other people's personal data through a connector. Likely secrets and personal contact details are rejected automatically, but automated detection is not a guarantee, and you remain responsible for what you send.
  • Do not attempt to bypass OAuth, rate limits, tenant isolation, safety controls, or tool exclusions, and do not present a request record as an order, mandate, or authorization it is not.
  • Dated public counts and commercial assumptions a connector returns are observations at the time stated; verify them independently before relying on them.
  • We may suspend a connector client, a token, or an account for conduct that harms the network or other users, on the same basis as any other access.
